Taking a Break or Leaving

Well I am taking a break from blogger, one because many people aren't coming on my blogs anymore. And also because I am going to be focusing a lot on school for now. I will come back onto blogger in about a month or two, or maybe if my blogs get more joiners and followers but until then, you may still comment on my blogs, but I will not be here to do anything.

There have been a lot of great people that I have met over blogger, and I would like to mention them quickly here, so that they know they have made a difference for me.

Thunderstar-You have been there for me since my first successful blog, on Weebly, called WaterClan. Even when I am being a brat you were there and never really got mad. We had our fights and we always worked them out. Thanks for the great friendship

Chilepanda-Your so nice and understanding, all the time. We never really had a conversation that wasn't about blogs, but you know, you were still a great friend that I will miss if I don't come back.

Amber-You are so fun and a great blogger. Thanks for being on my blogs and being my friend. I will miss you a lot too.

Thats about it. I will be opening a new blogger account, however, that will be all about LIFE. It won't be about blogger but other things that I like.

Thanks for reading.

A Prophecy (2)

Stagstar was padding through the forest carefully, the brambles lightly snagging on his pelt and he shook them free. His eyes sparked with a new light, excitement, fright and pain all mixed into one emotion that Stagstar had never felt before, anxiety. He was the leader of DriftingClan, the easy going tom that never let anything worry him or get under his pelt. But now, he and two others were to set the paw-steps of every generation of DriftingClan cats to come, it was a lot to put on someone shoulders.

Stagstar's ears went straight up when he heard a crack and a screech in the forest. The screech was so loud and high-pitched he almost ignored it as a song bird. But then it was accompanied with a chorus of cussing from a toms deep voice. The scent of two cats drifted to him and he ran to them. He burst into the clearing and the two cats looked at him, wide-eyed. But both cats stopped and straightened up. One was a stunning and sleek silver tabby she-cat with cloudy markings and the most memorizing eyes that Stagstar had ever seen in all his moons. The other was a muscular and handsome jet black tom with light pine green eyes and white tipped fur. His under coat was pure black but the very very tips of his pelt was little dapples of white.

"Hello." The she-cat voice flowed from her mouth, in a beautiful sound that seemed to call to Stagstar, and it took all of his control not to smile at the she-cat, who had won over his better judgement with one sweet word.

"Shut up Song!" The muscular tom snapped with anger. The huskiness brought Stagstar out of his daze and he blinked. "Let me do the talking." He hissed. He looked at Stagstar.

"I don't want any trouble is all, Evergreen." The silver tabby muttered again, her voice just as sweet and alluring as before.

"Who are you and why do you have warrior names?" He snapped at the two cats, this question earned him a curious stare from each, and then it hit him. Their names were Song and Evergreen. Perfectly common.

"Your a clan leader right? Stagstar?" The tom stepped forward to almost hide the younger and more fragile looking she-cat. "We want to join DriftingClan." He spoke with confidence.

"I don;t know how you know who I am and my clan but I want answers before you two saunter in and become one of us." He snapped.

"Bladedstar and Turnstar sent us." The she-cat flicked her tail as if she were bored with the situation. The names came out of her mouth as if she were explaining who they were to him. And it left him startled.

"C-c-come with me." He shook his head. The two nodded and padded after him. Looking at each other and smiling, so Stagstar had to ask. "Are you two mates?" He looked over his shoulder to Song.

Song didn't answer, she just shook her head. Then Evergreen said, "Brother and sister." He shrugged as if they had been asked that a lot.

"You will need warrior names, Evergreen yours can stay that it sounds like a warrior name. But Song, you shall be called Songwinds." He blinked. He had meant to say Songcall, but Songwinds had just spilled from his mouth, but he left if because Song's eyes lit up.

"I love it!" Songwinds purred.

"Were here." They padded into camp and all the cats stared at them, wide-eyed. And Stagstar didn't feel like calling them together for tis. "Everyone! This is Songwinds and Evergreen!" Everyone nodded, most toms kept their eyes on Songwinds for a while before she lifted her lips to show her sparkling fangs which the toms took for get lost and quickly padded away. While the she-cats were left to swoon over her handsome brother who just ate up all the attention.

Then Stagstar realized that maybe these cats had been more important to the clan than he had realized, they could be part of the prophecy...

A Prophecy

Stagstar padded to the top of Twisted Tree, his paws making little noise. His eyes scanned the clearing. He flicked his tail happily. Things were going well in the clan, or at least he thought so. Crescentmoon was recovering and was now mates with Smokegaze, Screechcry and Greysky were mates and finally he was pretty sure that Torrent had a thing for Hollyflame. He held his head high.

"All cats old enough to catch their own prey join for a clan meeting beneath Twisted Tree!" He yowled to the clan. they quickly gathered. "first I would like to congratulate Smokegaze and Crescentmoon on becoming mates." The clan cheered. "And Screechcry and Greysky are also mates!" The clan cheered again, everyone except for Hollyflame.

"Then Torrent has decided that he will change his name to a warrior name!" He spoke loudly and the clan smiled.  "He will now be known as Torrentriver!" He called and a purr broke from the clan, happy that the tom had accepted their ways.

"I am going to MoonGlade to speak with StarClan!" He looked around and the clan nodded. "Silverstreak will be in charge until I get back. I want there to be a border patrol, a hunting patrol and a herb patrol!" He flicked his tail. "That is all!" He finished and leaped down.

-------------------------------------------------------------------
Stagstar padded to the MoonGlade alone. The moon bathed the frost covered earth in a glowing blanket of shimmer. Spaced birch tree's lingered on the glade.  He leaped into a tree and curled up in it. He froze, waiting for StarClan to come to him.

"The time has come for DriftingClan to find a home." A soft voice murmured in Stagstar's ear. He turned to see Turnstar and Bladedstar, the only other leaders of DriftingClan besides Drift and Stagstar himself.

"But we have always been drifters! It is tradition!" He blinked shocked, the two toms laughed lightly at his shock.

"Too quick you are to jump to a final conclusion. We have much to say, young leader." Turnstar's eyes flashed with silver, deep in their pure amber depths.

"There was a reason that Drift decided for his clan to drift." Bladedstar continued for Turnstar. "There was never a right place to settle, but there is two now." He flicked his tail.

"And I must chose?" Stagstar asked quietly. His eyes shimmering, it was a great choice.

"No." A sharp voice cracked from the darkness behind Stagstar. Drift, the first leader padded out. His long brown fur sweeping the ground. "Shut your trap and listen before you think you know!" He hissed at Stagstar.

"There will be two to come to you Stagstar. One who knows where it is ever green, and one who knows where the song winds come from." Bladedstar spoke with a voice that hid the temptation of scolding Drift for being so harsh with Stagstar.

"Song winds?" Stagstar asked confused. He had never hear of them before.

"The winds of StarClan, filled with the sweet voices of every fallen warrior." Drift explained. "Only DriftingClan has them, it was what first lead me to our original homes."

"Back to the prophecy!" Bladedstar snapped, his voice cut through the air

"Each will be a new home, one for two seasons, you chose where to be in which season, but it may be costly." Turnstar warned.

"Break the rules,
Stand apart,
Ignore your head,
Follow your heart."

Drift, Turnstar and Bladedstar all spoke at once, sending a chill down Stagstar's spine. He opened his mouth to say something, thinking that it would all be fine. But the ground was spinning away from him, as were Turnstar, Bladedstar and Drift. A dizzying blackness swept over him. But the chilling words echoed in his ears.

Stagstar felt as if he were soaring, until he hit the ground. He had fallen from the birch tree. His shoulder ached when he tried to stand so he decided to lay back down.  The words echoed in his head. He would stay here until tomorrow's sunrise, so he could think of a way to explain what he had been told.

A Threat

Stagstar leaped gracefully branch to branch as his long legs pushed off from one to another. His claws made little sound on the soft bark of the oak tree. His blue flecked, cutting eyes, looked across the clearing.  The cats were all in the usual groups, he shrugged and shook his head. He looked at the new cats, there were nine of them in all, all of them healthy and fit. He smiled satisfied. The New-Leaf breeze ruffled his pelt a bit so he licked down the hair on his chest. He looked at the medicine cat den, Crescentpaw was there being treated by Ambergaze, who had been attacked by her own brother, who now wished to join. It made Stagstar's spine chill.

"All cats old enough to catch their own prey join for a clan meeting beneath Twisted Tree!" He looked at Screechpaw, Hollypaw, Smokepaw, and Greypaw. They were missing Crescentpaw but they needed to become warriors.

"Screechpaw, Hollypaw, Smokepaw, and Greypaw. You have all trained for DriftingClan and have shown that you have mastered your abilities." All of the apprentices seemed to glow with happiness. "Screechpaw, do you promise to do your duty as a warrior of DriftingClan? And do you promise to fight and live for your clan, even at the cost of your life?" He asked the thick-set apprentice.

"I do." Screechpaw nodded with full intention of for filling what he was saying.

"Than from this moment on you shall be known as Screechcry. StarClan honors your strength and kindness." He smiled down at the new warrior who took a step back, making way for the next cat.

"Hollypaw, do you promise to do your duty as a warrior of DriftingClan? And do you promise to fight and live for your clan, even at the cost of your life?" He asked the bright ginger she-cat.

"I do." Her bright green eyes blazed as she looked at both, Torrent and then the medicine cat den.

"Then from this moment on you shall be known as Hollyflame. StarClan honors your fierceness and cunning." Hollyflame stepped back without a word.

"Smokepaw, do you promise to do your duty as a warrior of DriftingClan? And do you promise to fight and live for your clan, even at the cost of your life?" He asked the thick-set apprentice.

"I do." Smokepaw nodded. His green eyes happy.

"Than from this moment on you shall be known as Smokegaze. StarClan honors your loyalty and strength." He smiled at the new warrior who nodded and stepped back.

"And finally Greypaw, do you promise to do your duty as a warrior of DriftingClan? And do you promise to fight and live for your clan, even at the cost of your life?" He asked the grey she-cat.

"I do." She spoke confidently.

"Then from this moment on  you shall be known as Greysky. StarClan honors your heart and your loyalty." Greysky smiled and nodded taking a step back.

"Than I wish for Crescentpaw to become a warrior, as she should have long ago." He looked at the medicine cat den. "Her name will be Crescentmoon. StarClan will honor her fearlessness and her pure warrior skills." He smiled to where his apprentice was sleeping, or passed out still.

"Next we have Scorchfur joining us as a warrior." Everyone looked at the big brown tabby tom who nodded, his blue eyes flashing.

"Then we have two queens and their kits. First there is Gingerpelt." Everyone looked at the ginger and white she-cat who smiled kindly. "And her kits Rosekit, Orchidkit and Daisykit." Everyone smiled at the queen's kits with purrs.

"Then there is Heatherfur and her kits Hollykit and Stormkit." Again everyone purred and smiled widely.

"Then I wish I have Torrent, Crescentmoon's brother, join us as a warrior." Everyone blinked in shock at what Stagstar had said. This tom had almost killed Crescentmoon and seemed pretty nasty. "He will be keeping his name as Torrent. He is an excellent fighter, better than Crescentmoon even and will be treated as such." He told his clan sternly.

"Lastly we have Robinpaw and Brackenpaw joining as apprentices. Would Robinpaw and Brackenpaw step forward please?" The two apprentices did as they were told. Both of them looked up at him with shimmering eyes. "Do you both promise to uphold the warrior code, defend your clan to the best of you abilities and obey me and your mentors at all times as long as it is in the best interest of the clan?" Stagstar let his gaze look from apprentice to apprentice. They both nodded before they realized that they were supposed to speak instead.

"I do." The tom said first.

"Then from this moment on, until you earn your warrior name, you will be known as Brackenpaw." The tabby apprentice smiled widely. "Your mentor will be Blazeclaw." He nodded to the bright ginger tabby tom.

"Do you promise to uphold the warrior code, defend your clan to the best of you abilities and obey me and your mentors at all times as long as it is in the best interest of the clan?" He looked at Robinpaw.

"I do." She spoke calmly.

"Then from this moment on, until you earn your warrior name, you will be known as Brackenpaw." The tabby apprentice smiled widely. "Your mentor will be Wolfbang." the new warrior, Wolfbang blinked in surprise but still touched noses with his apprentice.

"I would like both of the new apprentice's shown around by their mentors and then Wolfbang and Robinpaw can go hunting and Blazeclaw can show Brackenpaw the border. That is all! Clan dismissed!" He leaped down.

More Cats

Stagstar padded to the top of Twisted Tree, his paws making little noise against the trees soft black bark. He had been an apprentice the last time he had lived in this camp, and now here he was, the great leader of DriftingClan. His eyes shone, he had already made and ally, the clan ForestClan that was on their border now, they were a good clan, they weren't that old but they were strong.

"All cats old enough to catch their own prey join for a clan meeting beneath Twisted Tree!" Stagstar called and the clan came to him, looking up at him with glittering eyes. "We have news to share." He spoke calmly, like always, the deathly calm that scared others.

"First off we have a queen joining us today named Wildflower, she has agreed to watch over Owlkit, Galekit and Stonekit until they are old enough to leave the nursery." Everyone cheered for both the kits and their new 'mother'.

"Next we have Wolfbang, who is joining as a warrior, and his family. His mate Flamegaze, is a queen and will be in the nursery with their two kits, Lionkit and Swiftkit until they are old enough to become apprentices." The clan cheered for the new joiners. Wolfbang, was a thickset ginger tabby tom. His mate was a pretty pale ginger she-cat. Swiftkit was a black tom with white paws and a white chest. And Lionkit was a soon-to-be handsome and fluffy ginger and white tom. He smiled at the new family.

"I want Blazeclaw to show the new cats around the camp and to their dens." He went on. His eyes glittered a bit, the family was a nice addition to the clan.

"Then I want Silverstreak to make one hunting patrol and one border patrol, only two cats on each, we don't need that many." He nodded to his deputy kindly.

"I am going to take out the mentors and apprentices." He spoke. "So after you are done with patrols, Silverstreak, come to me and the others with your apprentice." He nodded to the deputy. "That means Cresentpaw, Smokepaw, Screechpaw, Greypaw, Hollypaw, Lonefeather, Scatteredbird, and Ivystreak will all be coming with me." He spoke loudly and clearly. "That is all! Clan dismissed!" He leaped down and padded to his apprentice.

"We are not going to wait long, if they are too slow we will leave without them." He muttered to Silverstreak as he passed by her.

(The patrols that are assigned HAVE to go out, it's not that you just say that your going out and then not comment about it, you have to comment about it.)

Rouge and More

Stagstar padded to the top of Twisted Tree, his paws making no noise. His blue eyes looked as clam as ever, nothing that showed anxiety or worry in their depths. She stood at the top of the tree, her clan wandering around the camp below her aimlessly with what seemed like for no reason.

"All cats old enough to catch their own prey join for a clan meeting beneath Twisted Tree!" He called his well growing clan together. "We have much news!" He called.

"First we have Gingerspark joining as a warrior!" He called, a pale ginger tabby she-cat who stood and smiled lightly.

"Next..." Stagstar looked to his den as three small kits tumbled out with Lonefeather following them. Lonefeather's  eyes shimmered. "Lonefeather found these three kits abandoned at the edge of our territory!" She nodded. There were two toms and a she-kit.

"They need a mother or someone to look after them since they have no one!" He called and looked for someone who may wish to take them. But no one stepped forward. "Anyone who wishes to take them come talk to me after announcements." He muttered
"They are named Galekit, Stonekit, and Owlkit!" He nodded as Lonefeather hurried the kits into the nursery. Galekit was a grey tabby tom, Stonekit was a grey tabby she-kit, and Owlkit was a brown tom.

"Next we have found our medicine cat!" He called and the clan cheered happily. Their eyes rested on a pretty ginger tabby with dark brown eyes. "Her name is Ambergaze! StarClan has spoken it's approval about her being our medicine cat. I would like Ivystreak to collect herbs with her once announcements are over." He shifted his gaze.

"Next, a rouge wandered into our camp yesterday!" Everyone looked to the handsome grey tom with bright green eyes who stared at Stagstar, Cresentpaw wasn't sitting too far behind him. "Cresentpaw took him into the apprentices den and gave him a thrush-" He was cut off by yowls of anger and protest.

"Shut it!" Cresentpaw snapped and at once everyone stopped, no one wanted to be on the bad side of the young black she-cat. Cresentpaw's silver eyes glowed at she glared from cat to camp. Screechpaw was sitting close beside her, and Greypaw and Hollypaw were sitting behind them.

"As I was saying," He continued. "I think she did the right thing, this rouge was very thin and she feared that he may have been malnourished." He nodded to Cresentpaw who only grimaced. "I have become aware of the fact that this tom," He looked at Cresentpaw.

"His name is Smoke." She snapped again. Her patience was wearing thin.

"Smoke wishes to join. So Smoke please step forward." the tom did as he was told and Stagstar looked down on him. "Do you promise to train, protect, and be a warrior and or apprentice of DriftingClan even at the cost of your life?" Stagstar stared hard at the apprentice."

"I do." Smoke nodded with gleaming green eyes.

"Than from this moment on, until you earn your warrior name, you shall be known as Smokepaw. Your mentor will be Silverstreak." He nodded to the pretty white and grey tabby deputy, who stepped forward and touched noses with her new apprentice.

"Finally I would like Silverstreak to make a hunting patrol, a border patrol, and if any apprentices have nothing to do I want them to either take moss to the new kits, or go training. That is all! Clan dismissed!" He leaped down from his perch to the cats.

(Okay so Stonekit and Owlkit are up for grabs, first come first serve. Also I do need someone to look after them. Thanks)

More Cats

Stagstar padded to the top of the Twisted Tree. Rain pelted down at him soaking him to the bone. His claws making a slight sound. his eyes flashing across the clearing quickly. He looked at his sister, who was sitting at the bottom of the tree. He licked down his shoulder, smoothing the fur to his broad shoulders.

"All cats old enough to catch their own prey join for a clan meeting beneath Twisted Tree!" He called with a voice that showed he was ready to get out of the rain that was making the clan so water logged. Every cat in the clearing had the look in their eyes that if they didn't get into shelter soon that they may just attack him.

"We first have two warriors joining us today! Please welcome Blazeclaw and Frostywave!" He yowled to the silent clan. Everyone muttered then and looked that the dark ginger tom. Blazeclaw had his tail around him and looked as if he was trying to keep himself from shivering. Then they looked to the white tom with blue eyes who looked up at Stagstar. "We also have our deputy, Silverstreak!" A pretty white tabby she-cat stood and flashed a smile to the clan. They all cheered even though they were in the rain.

"Next we have an apprentice!" He looked at Greypaw, the newest she-cat. They only had one tom apprentice, it was kind of sad really. He looked at Screechpaw who didn't seem to mind, Cresentpaw was on on side of him, pressing to him to keep warm, the two had quickly become best friends. And then to his other side was Hollypaw, who was still trying to hide her obvious crush on him, that Screechpaw had yet to notice.

"Greypaw, please step forward." The grey apprentice did as she was told. "Do you promise to train, protect, and be a warrior and or apprentice of DriftingClan even at the cost of your life?" Stagstar stared hard at the apprentice.

"I do." She nodded. The tiny grey she-cat took a step back to reform the line that he had with the other already made apprentices. Her eyes gleamed with hope that shined through the rain and up at Stagstar.

"Than your now an apprentice of DriftingClan!" He smiled at the grey tabby. "Your mentor will be Lonefeather." He concluded. His eyes gleaming through the rain. He flicked his tail and the clan waited for him to dismiss them.

"Finally yesterday I got a visit from the clan that now shares a border with us." He smiled and the clan looked at him, he was still his usual and scary calm. "I had the chance to speak with the lovely Applesplash and the rest of her patrol, they will leave us be since we are small and they are large, and have taken note of our strange migrating habits." The clan seemed to laugh. "But we will respect the border as we already do with MeadowClan." the clan nodded and agreed.

"That is all! Clan dismissed!" He leaped down and watched as the cats ran for shelter.

First Cats

Stagstar leaped gracefully branch to branch as his long legs pushed off from one to another. His claws made little sound on the soft bark of the oak tree. His blue flecked, cutting eyes, looked across the clearing.  The cats were all in the usual groups, he shrugged and shook his head. He looked at the new cats, there were three of them in all, all of them healthy and fit. He smiled satisfied. The white she-cat, Ivystreak looked up at Stagstar and smiled. He flicked his tail down to her in greeting and looked away. The New-Leaf breeze ruffled his pelt a bit so he licked down the hair on his chest. He looked to the apprentices to see the new apprentice, Hollypaw, talking with Cresentpaw and the other new apprentice, Screechpaw. He flicked his tail. It was time to announce them all.

"All cats old enough to catch their own prey join for a clan meeting beneath Twisted Tree!" His voice flowed around the clearing. He smiled as the three new cats did as they were supposed to do, without a second thought about it. His small clan looked up at him with expectation glowing in their eyes. The breeze blew again, and a few cat flattened their ears in distaste.

"First off I would like to welcome a warrior, Ivystreak!" Stormingstar nodded to the pure white she-cat with bright green eyes. Everyone looked at the new she-cat and nodded to her in welcome, then they turned back to Stagstar so that he could continue with his announcements.

"We also have two apprentices! Would Screechpaw and Hollypaw step forward please?" The twp apprentices did as they were told. Both of them looked up at him with shimmering eyes. The toms eyes were very blue and the she-cats eyes were very green. Both of them looked exited, behind them Cresentpaw watched, her silver eyes glittering. He looked at Screechpaw, he was a well muscled cat, he looked very strong and capable of bringing down a cat twice his size. He would make a great fighter! He looked at Hollypaw who was look up at him expectantly. Her green eyes glittering.

"I do." Screechpaw said first. His eyes glittering up at Stagstar with pure determination in them.

"Then from this moment on, until you earn your warrior name, you will be known as Screechpaw." The muscular tabby and white apprentice smiled widely. "Your mentor will be Ivystreak." Ivystreak stepped forward and dipped her head before she touched noses with her new apprentice.

He turned his gaze to Hollypaw who was waiting until everyone else had finished speaking. "I do." She spoke with determination. Her green eyes flickered and the breeze ruffled her pelt again.

"Than from this moment on, until you earn your warrior name, you shall be known as Hollypaw." Hollypaw purred and flicked her tail happily. "Your mentor will be Scatteredbird." Scatteredbird stepped forward. Her long silvery and brown pelt shimmered when she bent down to touch noses with her new apprentice.

"That is all! Clan dismissed!" He yowled finally and leaped down to his sister to speak with her shortly. Before he padded to his den to rest.

Join

Welcome. We are DriftingClan. I am the leader here, Stagstar. We are the clan of drifters, loners, and warriors. We are the clan that travels with the seasons, we don't even have a real camp. But we are strong and enduring. DriftingClan is the clan of strength, stability, and is unpredictable. Even we don't know our destinations, we only control our travels. It is up to StarClan to decide where they bring us. But we are peaceful as well as brilliant fighters. We come and go as we please, but we stay together, as bonded as a family.  What were you before you came here? Or were you born here with us? If you were a kitty-pet or rouge and you have a long way to go, to earn our trust is hard, to become a part of us is harder. If you were born with us than you  must know how hard and straining it is to live with us, but it is also rewarding yes? We are as at home in the dense forest as we are at home in the vast deserts. Yes, not all of us have stayed completely true to the warrior code, but none of us are dark forest cats. We are true at heart and would never do anything too drastic if it was not necessary. Even I, Stagstar have broken rules, but I am not afraid to admit it. StarClan has always forgiven me and also lets me run this clan. We have good and bad history but there is still more to be made, will you join us and help us make that history?
