"All cats old enough to catch their own prey join for a clan meeting beneath Twisted Tree!" He called with a voice that showed he was ready to get out of the rain that was making the clan so water logged. Every cat in the clearing had the look in their eyes that if they didn't get into shelter soon that they may just attack him.
"We first have two warriors joining us today! Please welcome Blazeclaw and Frostywave!" He yowled to the silent clan. Everyone muttered then and looked that the dark ginger tom. Blazeclaw had his tail around him and looked as if he was trying to keep himself from shivering. Then they looked to the white tom with blue eyes who looked up at Stagstar. "We also have our deputy, Silverstreak!" A pretty white tabby she-cat stood and flashed a smile to the clan. They all cheered even though they were in the rain.
"Next we have an apprentice!" He looked at Greypaw, the newest she-cat. They only had one tom apprentice, it was kind of sad really. He looked at Screechpaw who didn't seem to mind, Cresentpaw was on on side of him, pressing to him to keep warm, the two had quickly become best friends. And then to his other side was Hollypaw, who was still trying to hide her obvious crush on him, that Screechpaw had yet to notice.
"Greypaw, please step forward." The grey apprentice did as she was told. "Do you promise to train, protect, and be a warrior and or apprentice of DriftingClan even at the cost of your life?" Stagstar stared hard at the apprentice.
"I do." She nodded. The tiny grey she-cat took a step back to reform the line that he had with the other already made apprentices. Her eyes gleamed with hope that shined through the rain and up at Stagstar.
"Than your now an apprentice of DriftingClan!" He smiled at the grey tabby. "Your mentor will be Lonefeather." He concluded. His eyes gleaming through the rain. He flicked his tail and the clan waited for him to dismiss them.
"Finally yesterday I got a visit from the clan that now shares a border with us." He smiled and the clan looked at him, he was still his usual and scary calm. "I had the chance to speak with the lovely Applesplash and the rest of her patrol, they will leave us be since we are small and they are large, and have taken note of our strange migrating habits." The clan seemed to laugh. "But we will respect the border as we already do with MeadowClan." the clan nodded and agreed.
"That is all! Clan dismissed!" He leaped down and watched as the cats ran for shelter.

As soon as she was into the warriors den she turned to Blazeclaw. "Welcome to DriftingClan." She flashed a smile and curled up in her nest.

She smiled at her new apprentice. "We will train once the rain stops." He purred. "Grab yourself something to eat and then take a rest in the apprentices den." She flicked her tail and ran for the warriors den.

He padded into his empty den and started to lick himself dry.

He padded to the warriors den in no real hurry. He shook himself once he got in and scattered water droplets from his pelt.

He strode into the den and quickly curled up in his nest, happy that they were back so close to ForestClan, and his son.

She fluffed out her fur once they got into the apprentices den. "I hate getting my fur wet." She sighed and laid in her nest beside Screechpaw, licking herself dry.

"Don't we all?" He chuckled.
-Screechpaw
"Thanks" Blazeclaw smiled, and dipped his head. He quickly made himself a nest and he sat in it.

"Alright!" Graypaw called to her mentor. She trotted over to the fresh kill pile, and grabbed a piece of prey that was a little wet. She sat down and started eating it slowly.

"Greypaw! Get in here!" She called from the apprentices den, the new tabby she-cat was sitting in the middle of camp in a down pour!

She tried to sneak into the warriors den without being noticed.

Greypaw shot a glance to Cresentpaw, and nodded. She grabbed two more mice, and hurried into the apprentices den. "I hope you don't mind that I brought some prey..." She trailed off. "But I brought two mice for you two" She revealed the two mice.

Blazeclaw saw the black she cat pad in, "Hi Lonefeather"
~Blazeclaw
"Wow thanks." He purred and grabbed one. "You, are going to fit right in." He chuckled and grabbed a mouse.

"He only thinks with his stomach sometimes." She giggled softly. "We made you a nest." She smiled, and pointed to the nest beside her and in front of Screechpaw.

She flinched. "Hi." She muttered and sunk into her nest.

Greypaw quickly finished her mouse, and smiled to Screechpaw. She looked at Cresentpaw. "Thanks, you didn't really need to" She meowed quietly. It was obvious that she was the shy type. She lightly smiled to Cresentpaw.

"You alright?" Blazeclaw cocked his head to one side.
~Blazeclaw
"We knew it was going to rain so we didn't want your nest to be soaked. We got extra for everyone and feather!" She purred. Her silver eyes flashed with pride.

"She made me help." He muttered through his mouse. His eyes light and happy.

"Yeah." She muttered

"She doesn't like to talk much." She muttered to Blazeclaw.

Greypaw giggled at Screechpaw, then returned a glance with Cresentpaw. "Well it was really nice of you" Under her fur her ears were warm.

Blazeclaw shot a glance at Scatteredbird, and muttered "oh". Blazeclaw smiled lightly to Lonefeather.

"No problem." She flashed a smile that glowed against her black pelt.

He muttered something but no one heard him.

She looked away, covering her face with her tail.

Greypaw went to her nest, and laid in it. She rested her muzzle on the border of the nest, and glanced back and forth at Cresentpaw and Screechpaw.

Blazeclaw sighed and went from sitting in his nest to laying.

Frostywave nudged his sister."Congratz." He purred, then scanned the clearing with his unmistakable blue eyes.
Silverstreak smiled back at him."Thanks, maybe we could head to the warriors den. I don't think anyone wants to patrol in the rain." He smiled and headed to the warriors den.

"The the crud was her problem?" She blinked.

"How should I know?" He muttered and licked his shoulder.

"I'm confused" Greypaw meowed quietly. "Whats up with her?"

"Don;t know. Probably should let her blow off steam for what ever made her snap." She shook her head and laid down.

"She spat on me!" He growled with a bit of anger. His eyes flared as he rubbed it off on the ground.

Greypaw blinked, and sighed. She looked at Screechpaw, "Why? Why would she snap at you?!"

"Don't know, don't care. But she better stay away for a while." He snapped.

Greypaw flinched, and sunk into her nest. Her blue gaze was on Screechpaw for a moment, and she then blinked.

"Uncalled for." He shook his head. He didn't even do anything! He was just being nice to Greypaw!

"S-Sorry" Greypaw's amber eyes dropped as she sat up. She sighed.

"You didn't do anything." He muttered. He looked up at her. "Sorry you had to see me get so angry, I normally don't..." He locked eyes with her.

"Its alright" Greypaw meowed quietly. She then lightly smiled to Screechpaw, he was nice. So was Cresentpaw. She felt a bit akward staring into Screechpaw's eyes, but she then sorta liked it.

He flashed his ultra blue eyes to Cresentpaw who was sound asleep. "Wow, in her sleep she doesn't look like she wants to kill something, thats a first." He chuckled lightly.

Greypaw giggled quietly, "You two known eachother for a long time?"

"Just a few sunrises, as long as I have known Hollypaw." He sighed. "But even though Cresentpaw is always peeved about something, she is a lot easier to talk to." He admitted. "She thinks that Hollypaw likes me." He muttered.

"I bet she does" Greypaw meowed. Maybe thats why Hollypaw snapped at Screechpaw? Greypaw shrugged.

His ultra blue eyes rested on Greypaw, they always had a chilling effect on everyone he looked at, that is why his name had been Screech, they were the kind of eyes that you saw right before you screeched.

Greypaw smiled a bit wider, and felt her fur get hot.
~Greypaw
A handsome dark grey tom with bright green eyes smoothly walked into the camp clearing. His pelt was drenched with rain, and he was extremly skinny for not getting enough food as a rouge. Life was tough.

He scented. It was the middle of the night by now, everyone was asleep but him and Greypaw. OR Hollypaw, where ever she had run off to for no reason. "Rouge in camp." He muttered to Cresentpaw and she woke up and raced from the den. He looked at Greypaw, she was the first cat that hadn't flinched away from his gaze. "Lets go." He whispered. "Let Cresentpaw do her thing, don't get in the way." He purred in her ear before they run out, so that the rouge couldn't hear them.

She stalked to the back of the rouge. Her black pelt shifting barely in the darkness. Her silver eyes were like tiny moons. Her teeth gleamed when she leaped at the tom and pinned him easily. He was skinny. She covered his mouth with her tail. "Don't say a thing." She muttered in his ear.

Greypaw nodded, and followed quietly after Screechpaw.

Smoke felt paralyzed with fear, and he did as Cresentpaw told him. Not say anything. His bright green eyes glowed, with fear and lonesome.

He flashed a smile. "Incredible how easily she can do that..." He muttered.
-Screechpaw
"Good. No stay when I let you up, you do that and I won't hurt you." She flashed a smile. She got off of him, he was bigger than her, no doubt. Her eyes flashed. He wasn't took much bigger than her though. He was really skinny.

"Yeah" Greypaw meowed into Screechpaw's ear.

Smoke stayed where he was, and his stomach growled, though it was faint. He ignored it, and focused on the black she cat.

"How are you?" She tilted her head. Her eyes glinted from the soft light of the moon. The rain had finally stopped.

Smoke staggered up, his ribs were faintly seen. He shrugged, he looked upset.
~Smoke
She pressed to his flank, a bit concerned that he may faint. She lead him into the apprentices den. "It's okay, we will get you something to eat." She spoke softly into his ear.

Shock lit his eyes heavily.
-Screechpaw
"What is she doing? He's a rouge!" Greypaw meowed to Screechpaw.
~Greypaw
"Thanks" Smoke muttered, and went into the apprentices den. He saw nests, and he faintly smiled.
~Smoke
"I haven't ever seen her be nice, to anyone!" He was shocked the only time she had done something remotely kind was getting moss for Greypaw, because Stagstar had told her too.

"Here you can take mine." She nudged him to hers and had him lie down. "Wait here I will get you something to eat." She dashed off.
-Cresentpaw
Greypaw sighed. "Maybe because the rouge looks helpless?" She shrugged.
~Greypaw
Smoke smiled and gratefully laid in Cresentpaw's nest. He looked at Cresentpaw as she ran off, and faintly smiled. He curled in the nest.
~Smoke
"I don't like this..." He cursed under his breath.
-Screechpaw
She came back with a thrush. "Here." She laid it down in front of him and curled up on the hard ground in the corner to sleep on the cold and hard frozen earth.

"Should we tell Stagstar?" She suggested. She sighed, and looked into the apprentices den.
~Greypaw
Smoke took a bite of the thrush. "Thanks, but don't you need somewhere to sleep?" Concern filled his gaze. This she cat was nice to him.
"I-i-i-i'm fine on the ground." She looked away, she wasn't used to being nice, she thought that she was doing it right.
-Cresentpaw
"Naw, we will in the morning, otherwise Cresentpaw may kill us in our sleep." He chuckled.
-Screechpaw
Smoke took another bite, then quickly gulped it down. "Positive?" his eyes were wide.
~Smoke
Greypaw smiled and giggled. Her amber eyes seemed to glow.
~Greypaw
She nodded, and looked away. Of coarse she wanted her nest, but this handsome rouge needed a place to stay. She would be fine...

He padded to Cresentpaw and whispered in her ear, "Come on, we can share mine." He smiled and padded back over, Cresentpaw following and curling up next to him. Both of them were stiff and a bit tense, they didn't exactly share a nest every day.

Smoke smiled lightly, and wrapped his tail around his body. He slowly dozed off.

Jealously flashed in Greypaw's eyes, but she shook it away. She could worry about getting a tom when she became a warrior. She curled into her nest, and fell asleep.

He was still awake, ha had been planning on talking to Greypaw but he guessed not. He sighed and fell asleep next to Cresentpaw.

Greypaw opened one of her eyes, and looked at Screechpaw.

His eyes flashed open. They seemed to glow in the darkness, they peered at Greypaw. He wondered if they had the same chilling effect on her that they had on everyone else.

Greypaw opened her other eye, and sat up. Want to go to the forest or something? she mouthed to Screechpaw.

"Sure." He whispered. A bit of guilt stabbed his heart, he knew that Hollypaw had a thing for him, and he felt like he had a thing for Greypaw. This wouldn't end well. He got up and strode out, planning to talk to Greypaw about it.

Greypaw walked out quietly and sneaky, and caught up to Screechpaw. She led the way into the forest. Moonlight seemed to glow on her silver-blue pelt.

"You know that Hollypaw likes me right?" He looked at her. His eyes flashed, he hated his creepy eyes. Cresentpaw said that it gave her shivers, did it do that same thing to Greypaw?

"I do" Greypaw meowed, and nodded. Where was this going to...?
~Greypaw
"And I have a thing for you." He continued, looking straight at her.

"Y-you do?" Greypaw asked. She was half shocked with the news. "WHat about Hollypaw?" She blurted, and wish she didn't. She maybe had some feelings for him.
