Stagstar padded to the top of Twisted Tree, his paws making little noise against the trees soft black bark. He had been an apprentice the last time he had lived in this camp, and now here he was, the great leader of DriftingClan. His eyes shone, he had already made and ally, the clan ForestClan that was on their border now, they were a good clan, they weren't that old but they were strong.
"All cats old enough to catch their own prey join for a clan meeting beneath Twisted Tree!" Stagstar called and the clan came to him, looking up at him with glittering eyes. "We have news to share." He spoke calmly, like always, the deathly calm that scared others.
"First off we have a queen joining us today named Wildflower, she has agreed to watch over Owlkit, Galekit and Stonekit until they are old enough to leave the nursery." Everyone cheered for both the kits and their new 'mother'.
"Next we have Wolfbang, who is joining as a warrior, and his family. His mate Flamegaze, is a queen and will be in the nursery with their two kits, Lionkit and Swiftkit until they are old enough to become apprentices." The clan cheered for the new joiners. Wolfbang, was a thickset ginger tabby tom. His mate was a pretty pale ginger she-cat. Swiftkit was a black tom with white paws and a white chest. And Lionkit was a soon-to-be handsome and fluffy ginger and white tom. He smiled at the new family.
"I want Blazeclaw to show the new cats around the camp and to their dens." He went on. His eyes glittered a bit, the family was a nice addition to the clan.
"Then I want Silverstreak to make one hunting patrol and one border patrol, only two cats on each, we don't need that many." He nodded to his deputy kindly.
"I am going to take out the mentors and apprentices." He spoke. "So after you are done with patrols, Silverstreak, come to me and the others with your apprentice." He nodded to the deputy. "That means Cresentpaw, Smokepaw, Screechpaw, Greypaw, Hollypaw, Lonefeather, Scatteredbird, and Ivystreak will all be coming with me." He spoke loudly and clearly. "That is all! Clan dismissed!" He leaped down and padded to his apprentice.
"We are not going to wait long, if they are too slow we will leave without them." He muttered to Silverstreak as he passed by her.
(The patrols that are assigned HAVE to go out, it's not that you just say that your going out and then not comment about it, you have to comment about it.)

Wolfbang smiled, and sat beside his mate and kits. He looked around for Blazeclaw, who he guessed was a ginger tom, from the sound of his name.

Swiftkit and Lionkit were playing around in the clearing with Stonekit. Flamegaze watched them patiently.

He padded over to the new kits with his sister. "Hi." He smiled.

Stonekit and Lionkit looked up, but Swiftkit was still chasing a butterfly. "Hey Galekit!" Stonekit meowed, smiling.

Blazeclaw padded over to Wolfbang. "Hello, I am Blazeclaw" he smiled kindly, "Welcome to the clan!"

Greypaw sat in the clearing next to Screechpaw. They were just friends.

Smokepaw went to Cresentpaw, and smiled lightly. "Hey"

Wildflower watched Galekit and Stonekit. She looked down at Owlkit who was beside her. "You should go and play with the new kits and your siblings"
~Wildflower
Owlkit smiled, "Alright!" He scampered off to them.
~Owlkit
Wildflower's belly lurched as she watched 'her' kits. She loved them a lot, even though she knew they wouldn't officially be their mother. She went off to Flamegaze. "Your kits are beautiful" she meowed, and sat down next to her.

Silverstreak looked around thoughtfully."Gingerspark and Frostywave, go on border patrol. Strongsoul take Wolfbang out for hunting once he knows camp. Perhaps show him a few of our techniques." She smiled, hoping what she had decided was okay. She nodded to Smokepaw from across camp and began grooming.
Flamegaze looked at Wildflower. "Thank you."

Wolfbang nodded. "Thanks. This is a pretty nice clan.." He smiled at Blazeclaw.

Swiftkit scuttled over to Owlkit. "Hi Owlkit! Wanna play tag?"

He smiled at his sister. "Whats up?" He purred.
-Galekit
He stood and padded to Stagstar. "Come on, he will leave without us." He muttered to Greypaw.
-Screechpaw
"SILVERSTREAK! WERE LEAVING SOON!" Stagstar howled at the deputy, who was taking all the time in the world. "SMOKEPAW, HOLLYPAW, IVYSTREAK. YOU TOO!" He growled, annoyed.

He nodded and took a piece of prey from the pile. Waiting for Wolfbang to finish. He thought maybe his mate could come too, so they both would know.

She leaped gracefully to Stagstar with a smile on her face, she could finally show her mentor how good she was!

She sat, grooming next to Stagstar.
-Scatteredbird
She looked at her brother with a pleading gaze, she really didn't want to go with everyone, but he ignored her.

Wildflower purred, "your welcome"

Blazeclaw grinned, and walked to the middle of the clearing with Wolfbang. "Over there is the warriors den, where you will be staying". Blazclaw flicked his tail to one den, then to another. "And thats the nursery, where Flamegaze will be staying with your kits"

Greypaw and Smokepaw sprinted where the other apprentices were. They looked up to Stagstar.

Silverstreak gasped and quickly bounded to were Stagstar stood.
Wolfbang nodded, and memorized the dens quickly. "Thanks Blazeclaw."

Stonekit shrugged her shouldars. "Nothin much, just playin around with Swiftkit and Lionkit." She smiled at her brother.

"HOLLYPAW AND IVYSTREAK!" He hissed at them, they were taking forever.
-Stagstar
He smiled. "Whatcha playing?" He smiled. "Can I play?" He asked.
-Galekit
Silverstreak shifted her paws nervously. She hadn't seemed to be doing her job very well, and she hoped that Stagstar wouldn't make her step down form deputyship.
Stonekit smiled. "Were playin tag. anddd.... YOUR IT!" She tapped him with her paw and started running from him with Swiftkit and Lionkit.

"Lets go. They can stay here." He grunted. He sprinted out of camp.

She followed close on his heels.

He ran after them.

He streaked on beside her brother.

She gracefully leaped over a log, her fur snagging and she let out a yelp but kept going.

He smiled and raced after Swiftkit, who was the closest to him.

"I want to play!" Owlkit meowed, and scampered to the other kits.

Blazeclaw smiled to Wolfbang, and padded off.

Greypaw ran after her mentor, and was close on Lonefeather's paws.

Smokepaw ran along with the others.

He stopped in the clearing. "Screechpaw and Cresentpaw you two go first in a sparring match." He spoke calmly.
-Stagstar
"Don't humiliate me too much, okay?" He purred and flashed a smile as he stepped forward.
-Screechpaw
"Me? I would never!" She purred.
-Cresentpaw
"Your late." He snapped at Hollypaw. His eyes glowed with a bit of anger.
-Stagstar
He crouched, ready.
-Screechpaw
She crouched too, then taking light steps she bounded towards him with incredible speed. Her paw steps making little noise. She leaped at him and he responded by putting a paw in the air to hit her down, but she instead twisted mid-air and landed behind him, hitting his paws out from under him and making him fall. She pinned him, purring. All was down gracefully and swiftly.

Smokepaw watched amazed. Cresentpaw was a great fighter! He knew that the others were too, but he was right now focusing on Cresentpaw.

"Go Screechpaw!" Greypaw cheered him on out of turn. She shrunk in her pelt.

Silverstreak watched intently. She occasionally leaned in to give Smokepaw pointers for when it was his turn to spar.
"Hollypaw!" He hissed. "You had better be more respectful or I will have you cleaning the warriors den for moons!" He snapped. He hated it when the others were late or were disrespectful.
-Stagstar
"Don't be jealous Hollypaw." She flashed a smile. One that was intentionally infuriating. She has a way of getting to others. Her eyes sparked.
-Cresentpaw
He laughed. "Thanks Greypaw." He turned to Cresentpaw. "Can I attack now" He asked with a hint of amusement.
-Screechpaw
Greypaw smiled lightly to Screechpaw, and looked a bit uncomfortable at Hollypaw.

Smokepaw smiled to his mentor,

Smokepaw glared at Hollypaw.

She flashed yet another smile. She turned to Screechpaw. "I'm ready when you are." She smiled at him.

He charged at Cresentpaw. He leaped at her, going right for a pin.
-Screechpaw
She dodged him. "Too straight forward Screechpaw." She whispered in his ear as he dove by her.

He laughed lightly. "Sorry." He shook his head. While Cresentpaw chimed in laughter he leaped at her and pinned her.
-Screechpaw
She relaxed completely. Her silver eyes glowing. "Better." She purred as she easily slipped out from under him.

Smokepaw looked back at the two apprentices training. He smiled lightly at their two techniques.

"Lonefeather, do you think I could try out those moves?" Greypaw joked to her mentor.
~Greypaw
She flicked her tail. "Anyone wanna challenge the champion?" She flicked her ears and had a cocky smirk on her face.
-Cresentpaw
(Just saying that she is in the prophecy and has incredible fighting techniques, so please don't have your cat beat her.)
"I'm done being embarrassed." He chuckled and padded to sit alone, his mentor never showed up.
-Screechpaw
He looked at Cresentpaw. "Your doing wonderfully." He purred to his apprentice.

Greypaw blinked and sat there.

Smokepaw glanced at Hollypaw, "I bet she does" He muttered under his breath, enough for Cresentpaw to hear
~Smokepaw
She laughed. "I bet she would too." She flicked her ears at Smokepaw. She kinda wanted to fight him.

He looked at Greypaw and smile lightly. At least she didn't hate Cresentpaw.
-Screechpaw
Greypaw sat there like she was frozen. Cresentpaw would really embarass her, she knew it.

Smokepaw's eyes glinted. He didn't mind getting embarassed. "Or I could fight you" He muttered again

"Sure." She flashed a smile.
-Cresentpaw
"Ready?" She asked.
-Cresentpaw
"No need for being nasty." She muttered. She leaped at Hollypaw. She leaped behind her and was about to swipe her paws under the ginger she-cat when a voice broke her off.
-Cresentpaw
"Still using the same moves that I taught you as a kit, Crescent?" He laughed from behind them.
-Torrent
She flinched and her ears flew down, against her skull. Fear lit her eyes.
-Cresentpaw
He looked at Hollypaw, his gaze intense. He turned back to Cresentpaw. "You look scared little sister. Is something wrong?" He purred in his smooth voice.
-Torrent
"Get out of here Torrent." She tried to sound strong but her voice shook.
-Cresentpaw
He blinked widely. Cresentpaw was scared of her brother? He raced to Crescentpaw. He stepped beside her.
-Screechpaw
"I believe you should be talking to me, Torrent, I believe it is." He spoke calmly, but his eyes faltered, if Cresentpaw was scared of this tom, then something was wrong.
-Stagstar
"Shut up Hollypaw." She snapped back. "Like he would ever bother with you!" She growled with rage. This she-cat was so stupid, she had no idea what she had to go through to get as good as her. "You would break after a day of the training that he gives." She flicked her tail, she knew that Smokepaw had seen her after one of her training sessions with her brother.
-Cresentpaw
"Don't be so nasty Cresentpaw. It's not her fault that no one loves you, that your worthless and always will be." He smiled. "Just like it's not my fault you get cut up easily." He said, his smile the same cocky one that Crescentpaw normally has.
-Torrent
She flinched away from her brother. "Do you want to go through a day of what I went through Hollypaw?" She snapped back. "Because I don;t think you understand what you are asking for." She turned from her brother for a moment. Her eyes flaring and the she cried out in pain. Her eyes wide and her mouth open, in a soundless screech.
-Crescentpaw
"Finally some quite." He spoke calmly after he drew his claws from Crescentpaw's back, she had fallen and fainted from the pain of his claws. "Sorry about my sister." She flashed a smile and winked at Hollypaw.

"Crescentpaw?!" He laid beside his best friend and nudged her.

Silverstreak froze in horror. She didn't know what to do.
